{"id":169,"date":"2007-10-15T16:12:18","date_gmt":"2007-10-15T13:12:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mucize.net\/blog\/suizan-su-izan-ve-husn-i-zan.html"},"modified":"2007-10-15T16:18:14","modified_gmt":"2007-10-15T13:18:14","slug":"suizan-su-izan-ve-husn-i-zan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.mucize.net\/blog\/suizan-su-izan-ve-husn-i-zan.html","title":{"rendered":"S\u00db\u0130ZAN (S\u00db-\u0130ZAN) ve h\u00fcsn-i zan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00db\u0130ZAN (S\u00db-\u0130ZAN)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6t\u00fc zann, fena tahmin, \u015f\u00fcphe \u201cS\u00fb\u201d \u201cfenal\u0131k, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck\u201d demektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u00fb-i hareket (k\u00f6t\u00fc davran\u0131\u015f)\u201d, \u201cs\u00fbi ahl\u00e2k (k\u00f6t\u00fc ahl\u00e2k)\u201d, \u201cs\u00fb-i niyet (k\u00f6t\u00fc niyet)\u201d vb. gibi, \u201cs\u00fb-izan\u201d da, \u201ck\u00f6t\u00fc zan\u201d anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u201cS\u00fb\u201d kelimesi, verilen \u00f6rnekler ve benzerlerinde, daima, \u201cs\u0131fat\u201d anlam\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZan\u201d kelimesi ise, \u201csanma; farz ve tahmin etme; ihtim\u00e2le g\u00f6re h\u00fckmetme\u201d demek oldu\u011fu gibi, \u201c\u015fek, \u015f\u00fcphe, teredd\u00fcd, vehim, hay\u00e2l\u201d gibi anlamlara da gelir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u00fb-i zann\u201d\u0131n z\u0131dd\u0131 (kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131), \u201cH\u00fcsn\u00fczan * (h\u00fcsn-i zan)\u201dd\u0131r. \u201cH\u00fcsn\u201d, \u201cg\u00fczellik, iyilik, ho\u015fluk, olgunluk, m\u00fckemmellik\u201d demektir. \u201cH\u00fcsn-i ahl\u00e2k (iyi &#8211; g\u00fczel ahl\u00e2k)\u201d, \u201ch\u00fcsn-i hat (g\u00fczel yaz\u0131)\u201d, \u201ch\u00fcsn-i niyet (iyi niyet)\u201d\u2026 gibi, \u201ch\u00fcsn-i zan\u201dda, \u201ciyi-g\u00fczel zan; bir kimse vey\u00e2 bir olay\u0131n iyili\u011fi hakk\u0131nda vicd\u00e2n\u00ee kan\u00e2at\u201d demektir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, iki t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u201czan\u201d vard\u0131r. Zan, \u201ctahmin\u201d ve \u201cihtim\u00e2l\u201de dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, bu konuda al\u0131nacak tav\u0131r ne olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kur\u2019\u00e2n ve Hadis, bu hususla ilgili davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirmektedir: Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de: \u201cEy inanan (m\u00fc\u2019min)ler! Zann\u0131n bir \u00e7o\u011fundan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc baz\u0131 zan (vard\u0131r ki) g\u00fcnaht\u0131r\u2026 \u201d buyurulmu\u015ftur (el-Hucur\u00e2t, 49\/12). \u00c2yette, \u201czanlar\u0131n bir\u00e7o\u011fundan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n\u0131z\u201d denilmekte; sebep olarak da, \u201cbaz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcnah oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir. Demek ki, zann\u0131n hepsi g\u00fcnah de\u011fildir; hatt\u00e2 Allah\u2019a ve m\u00fc\u2019min (inanan)lere h\u00fcsn-i zanda bulunmak gereklidir. N\u00fbr S\u00fcresi\u2019nde: \u201cOnu i\u015fitti\u011finiz vakit erkek m\u00fc\u2019minlerle kad\u0131n m\u00fc\u2019minlerin, kendi vicdanlar\u0131 (\u00f6n\u00fcnde) iyi bir zann\u2019da bulunup da\u2026\u201d buyuruldu\u011fu gibi (en-N\u00fbr, 24\/12), bir Kuds\u00ee Hadis\u2019de de:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBen, kulumun, bana zann\u0131 gibiyim \u201d diye v\u00e2rid olmu\u015ftur. Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s) de: \u201cHer biriniz, Allah\u2019a, h\u00fcsn\u00fczan ederek \u00f6ls\u00fcn\u201dbuyurmu\u015f ve bir ba\u015fka hadisinde de: \u201cH\u00fczn\u00fczan, im\u00e2ndand\u0131r\u201d demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u015f\u015f\u00e2f ve benzeri b\u00fcy\u00fck Kur\u2019\u00e2n m\u00fcfessirleri, \u201cdo\u011fruyu ve yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131, a\u00e7\u0131k belirtileriyle se\u00e7meden, iyice g\u00f6zleyip d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden zanda bulunulmamas\u0131n\u0131\u201d \u00f6nemle tavsiye etmekte, \u201ca\u00e7\u0131kta bir sebebi ve do\u011fru belirtisi bulunmayan zann\u0131n har\u00e2m oldu\u011funu, ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini\u201d belirtmektedirler. \u0130htimal \u00fczerine h\u00fck\u00fcm olan zanlar, ger\u00e7e\u011fe uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, ba\u015fkas\u0131na b\u00fchtan ve iftira olaca\u011f\u0131ndan, zanda bulunan\u0131 veb\u00e2l alt\u0131na sokacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlardan, zan konusunda \u00e7ok dikkatli olmak gerekti\u011fi ve \u201cS\u00fb-i zann\u201d\u0131n ise, kesinlikle yasak oldu\u011fu, a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. S\u00fb-i zann\u2019\u0131n har\u00e2m olmayan\u0131, yaln\u0131zca f\u0131sk ve fuc\u00fbr (g\u00fcnahk\u00e2rl\u0131k) ile tan\u0131nan kimselere kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan\u0131d\u0131r. Durumu kesin olarak bilinmeyen birine h\u00fcsn\u00fczan gerekmese bile, S\u00fb-i zan da c\u00e2iz de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fb-i zan\u2019dan kaynaklanan \u201ctecess\u00fcs\u201d hakk\u0131nda da, daha \u00f6nce verilen Hucur\u00e2t S\u00fcresi\u2019ndeki \u00e2yette, \u201ctecess\u00fcs de etmeyin\u201d buyurulmaktad\u0131r. Tecess\u00fcs, \u201cOnun-bunun durumlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmak, eksik (kusur)lerini \u00f6\u011frenme iste\u011fi\u201ddir. Allah taraf\u0131ndan yasaklanan bu davran\u0131\u015fla ilgili olarak Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s)\u2019de:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cM\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n eksiklerini, ay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n. Zira herkim m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rsa, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2\u2019da onun ay\u0131b (kusur)\u0131n\u0131 t\u00e2kip eder, nihayet evinin i\u00e7inde bile onu rezil ve r\u00fcsv\u00e2y eder\u201d buyurmu\u015ftur (Elmal\u0131l\u0131 Hamdi Yaz\u0131r, Hak Dini Kur\u2019\u00e2n Dili, \u0130stanbul 1960, VI, 4471-4473; \u00d6mer Nasuhi Bilmen, B\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130sl\u00e2m \u0130lmih\u00e2li, \u0130stanbul 1957, 633-634).<\/p>\n<p><strong>M.
